The Best Soft and Chewy Snickerdoodle Cookies

These Snickerdoodle cookies are easy to make and turn out perfectly delicious, soft and chewy every time. A must have cookie recipe!

I have always loved Snickerdoodle cookies! They have such a great cinnamon sugar flavor and are even better when they are perfectly soft and chewy. My snickerdoodle recipe I actually got from a cookie recipe exchange a few years ago. It has become my go to recipe ever since then, especially since my son asks for them all of the time.

You will love how easy these cookies are to make. The dough comes together in just a few minutes, only has to refrigerate for 10-15 minutes and then is ready to be rolled in a delicious cinnamon sugar mixture. (For a fun variation on this recipe check out my Pumpkin Spice Snickerdoodles!)

Below check out my step by step directions and a printable recipe at the bottom! Enjoy!

Evenly place dough on to a cookie/baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes in 350 degree oven. Remove cookies from pan right away and move to a cooling rack.

I LOVE these USA baking pans. They don't warp and bake everything evenly. I highly recommend them, they're some of the best pans I have owned!
