Perfect Pudding Cookies
Have you ever made cookies that incorporate pudding mix? If you haven't you must give it a try! They come out so soft and delicious every time! The first time I shared a pudding cookie recipe it was my Triple Chocolate Pudding Cookies, and man are they awesome! This time, I was looking for a different flavor and wanted to incorporate some leftover Easter candies. I just looked in my pantry to see what flavors of pudding mix I had on hand, and French Vanilla was the winner. The end result was another batch of Perfect Pudding Cookies!
Check out my step by step directions and recipe below. These are so easy to make and take very little time to prepare. Plus they make a perfectly bite size cookie, so you don't feel as bad about having 2 or 3.
Let me know if you find any other good pudding and candy combinations that are tasty. There are so many different ways that you could make these, just like I came up with this combination! Enjoy!
Making Perfect Pudding Cookies...
Cream together butter, sugars, pudding mix, eggs and vanilla...
Start by creaming together the softened butter, brown sugar and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Next, add in the pudding mix and beat until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
Add Flour and Baking Soda...
Flour and baking soda are now added to the pudding mixture. Beat until well mixed.
Note- I do all of this in my KitchenAid Stand Mixer! If you don't have one and love to bake- you are missing out on an amazing piece of kitchen equipment!

Stir in chocolate chips and candies until combined.
Roll Dough into 1 inch balls...
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes...
