Family Favorite Turkey Meatloaf
Growing up I never was much of a fan of meatloaf; I'm not sure why but it just was not my favorite meal. A few years ago I was working on eating healthier and looking for some new recipes that were not only healthy, but also something that would taste good and my husband would like as well. I came across a recipe for turkey meatloaf, and decided to give it a try. It was so good, and we both loved eating it for dinner. Over time I have made a few changes to the recipe to make it more to our taste.
Anymore I probably make turkey meatloaf every couple of weeks over the fall and winter months. We all enjoy eating it, even my 4 year old! (It is actually so easy that he loves to help me make it as well!) It comes out moist every time and has such a great flavor, plus my favorite part is it is pretty guilt free. I typically serve it with mashed potatoes and a vegetable.
Below are my step by step directions with pictures. Scroll to the bottom for the printable recipe. Enjoy!
